Returns Policy: Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We will cover the return shipping costs within the UK using Royal Mail First Class Signed For. If you think you may need to return an item DO NOT open it. If the item has been opened we reserve the right to charge 10% repackaging fee or refuse a refund entirely. Please note we reserve the right to choose to repair, replace or issue store credit for the item. You have 2 days from date of delivery to report any missing or wrong items in your order. We keep detailed records including batch numbers of items sent and the weight of the parcel, this information is used to help resolve any missing item complaints. You should expect to receive your refund within 21 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 1 to 10 business days in the UK), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes PayPal or your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Address (please include a note with your reason for return, order number and name) always get a tracking number to prove returns have been delivered. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery when returning items, any items lost in the post when returning will require the sender (you) to claim against the courier.
